Making a Claim
If a tire covered by this warranty wears evenly down to the treadwear indicators (2/32nd of an inch) during the stated warranted tread life for that tire, it will be replaced with a comparable new Firestone tire. The replacement cost will be calculated by multiplying the current Firestone adjustment base price of the tire in effect at the time of the adjustment, by a percentage of service life received based on mileage achieved.

The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Firestone dealer at time of claim.

Conditions/Exemptions
This Kilometre Limited Tread Life Warranty only applies if (i) tires are rotated, (ii) wheels aligned, (iii) balance checked every 8,000 kilometres or less, and (iv) the information is recorded at the time of service and retained for future reference, all at the expense of the owner. These services will be performed at the dealer's regular service charges and are not covered by this warranty. The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Firestone dealer at the time of claim.
