KILOMETRE LIMITED TREADWEAR WARRANTY

Coverage
This warranty covers the Dayton brand passenger and light truck radial tires listed below, purchased and fitted to a vehicle on or after January 1, 2002 and being used in non-commercial service, for the tread life indicated against any manufacturing defect in workmanship and materials.

The covered tires are warranted as follows

Passenger Tires
	Daytona Premium GT Touring	130,000 km
	Dayton Quadra LTE	115,000 km
	Dayton Quadra SE	90,000 km
	Daytona Metric Radial	65,000 km
Performance Tires
	Daytona HR with Uni-T	70,000 km
	Daytona SR with Uni-T	90,000 km
Light Truck (P-metric sizes only)
	Timberline HT	100,000 km
	Timberline AT	80,000 km

MAKING A CLAIM
If a tire covered by this warranty wears evenly down to the treadwear indicators (2/32nd of an inch) during the stated warranted tread life for that tire, it will be replaced with a comparable new Dayton tire. The replacement price will be calculated by multiplying the current Dayton adjustment base price of the tire, in effect at the time of the adjustment, by the percentage of service life received based on mileage achieved.

The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Dayton dealer at time of claim.

CONDITIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Tires fitted as Original Equipment on new vehicles.
• Tire service charges such as mounting and balancing.
• Tires purchased outside of Canada, or tires on vehicles registered or normally operated outside of Canada.
• Tires damaged by collision, vandalism, curb impact or abrasion, fire, racing, improper inflation, overloading, misapplication, high speed spinning, negligence, misuse, chain damage or mechanical condition of the vehicle.
• Used tires purchased on a "second hand" basis.
• Tires with "No Adj" branding on sidewall or DOT numbers removed from sidewall.
• Appropriate and applicable taxes or other charges.
• To the extent permitted by law, liability for any indirect, general, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of time or loss of vehicle use or inconvenience, cost of towing, personal injury or death. (The remedies set out in this warranty are exhaustive and the total liability of Bridgestone/Firestone Canada Inc. and its affiliates with respect to your new Dayton tire shall not exceed the purchase price of the tire upon which such liability is based.)
• Tires submitted for ride complaints after 25% treadwear or twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Cosmetic or appearance damage.
• Claims for weather/ozone cracking after four (4) years from date of purchase (original
  proof of purchase showing purchase date required).
