If, before the earliest of
1. Specified treadwear above,
2. five (5) years from date of purchase (original proof of purchase showing purchase date required), or
3. six (6) years from date of manufacture any Dayton tire covered by this warranty becomes unserviceable for any reason within the manufacturer’s control, such tire will be replaced with a comparable Dayton tire upon payment of the prorated replacement price plus applicable taxes and disposal fees.
The prorated replacement price will be calculated by multiplying the current adjustment base price of the tire, in effect at the time of the adjustment, by the percentage of usable tread worn*. The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Dayton dealer at time of claim.
(* Percentage of usable tread worn is determined from the prorated chart in this warranty brochure.)
The covered tires are warranted as follows:
- Tires fitted as Original Equipment on new vehicles.
- Tire service charges such as mounting and balancing.
- Tires purchased outside of Canada, or tires on vehicles registered or normally operated outside of Canada.

- To the extent permitted by law, liability for any indirect, general, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of time or loss of vehicle use or inconvenience, cost of towing, personal injury or death. (The remedies set out in this warranty are exhaustive and the
total liability of Bridgestone/Firestone Canada Inc. and its affiliates with respect to your new
Dayton tire shall not exceed the purchase price of the tire upon which such liability is based.)
