Making a Claim
If an eligible Bridgestone branded product wears evenly down to the treadwear indicators (2/32nd of an inch) during the stated warranted tread life for that tire, it will be replaced with a comparable new Bridgestone tire. The replacement cost will be calculated by multiplying the current adjustment base price of the tire, in effect at the time of the adjustment, by the percentage of service life received based on mileage achieved.

The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Bridgestone dealer at time of claim.

Conditions/Exclusions
This Kilometre Limited Treadwear Warranty only applies if (i) tires are rotated, (ii) wheels aligned, (iii) balance checked every 8,000 kilometres or less and (iv) the information is recorded at the time of service and retained for future reference, all at the expense of the owner. These services will be performed at the dealer's regular service charges and are not covered by this warranty. The original purchase invoice and the unserviceable tire must be presented to an authorized Bridgestone dealer at time of claim.
