COVERAGE
Bridgestone: This customer satisfaction warranty covers all Potenza and Turanza family tires and the Dueler H/L, H/P, A/T and M/T patterns and BT70s.

Firestone: This customer satisfaction warranty covers all Firehawk, Wilderness, Affinity, FT70c and FT70c Sealix brand tires.

If the retail customer purchases new eligible Bridgestone/Firestone tires and is not completely satisfied with their performance, the customer may, within 30 days of the purchase, return the tires for a full refund of the purchase price.

DURATION
This program will be effective for any eligible tire sold to retail customers commencing from January 1, 2001. The purchased tires will be accepted for return up to and including 30 days from the original date of purchase.

MAKING A CLAIM
If an eligible Bridgestone branded tire is not satisfactory in any way, the authorized Bridgestone dealer will unconditionally refund to the customer the full purchase price of the unsatisfactory tires. The original purchase invoice and the unsatisfactory tires must be presented to the authorized Bridgestone/Firestone dealer where they were purchased at the time of claim.

CONDITIONS and EXCLUSIONS
This protection does not cover the following:

• Original Equipment tires.
• Tires purchased outside of Canada, or tires on vehicles registered or normally operated outside of Canada.
• Used tires purchased on a 'second hand' basis.
• Tires with 'No adj' branding on sidewall or DOT numbers removed from sidewall.
• Tires used past 30 days from the original date of purchase.
